Ashima Shiraishi

Ashima found climbing when she wandered away from a Central Park playground and found a group of older climbers bouldering at the famed Rat Rock. Her rise from there was lightning quick. She represents a new version of the sport, where the best athletes forgo the dirtbag lifestyle to live and train in urban areas.
